Corporate Structure

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the DIAG Group, IPS International is the parent company of our international service organizations in Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Built on a foundation of over 100 years of DIAG history and 40+ years of IPS Australia experience, we've overhauled and inspected rotating equipment and are consistently expanding our capabilities to deliver optimal solutions.

Teaming up with our OEM partners, our primary objective remains to offer top-tier local services tailored to meet our customers' needs.

Our head office and primary service center is located in Somersby, NSW, with a strategic service facility in Perth, WA. IPSA has the experience, know-how, and wide-ranging capability to provide the highest quality service throughout the territory, both for onshore and offshore customers. Specialists are ready to provide support cross-border to IPS Malaysia and Indonesia.
